The activist group claimed that Rihanna should be in support of Myanmar by calling a gems ban. This is because the gems trade from Burma helps the atrocious junta government with funding for their noxious activities.

It has been seven years since Rihanna released her last album ‘Anti’. There was a soul to her album. It took her three years to record and produce the album. But, it was one of the most musically superior albums of the artist. However, since then, she did not put out music until 2022 when she released her first single ‘Lift Me Up’ from ‘Black Panther: Wakanda Forever’. The song is nominated for the Oscars in the ‘Best Original Song’ category.
