Recently, Britney Spears tried to bury a hatchet with her ex-boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, apologizing to him. She also praised him for his new song, ‘Selfish’, which is currently facing competition on charts from her timeless hits.
However, Timberlake took a dig at Spears by extending a fake apology during one of his concerts in New York City. During the concert, Justin Timberlake said, “I’d like to take this opportunity to apologize… to absolutely f***ing nobody.”
Now, Britney Spears has clapped back at the ‘Cry Me A River’ artist for his faux apology through an Instagram post. She wrote, “Someone told me someone was talking s*** about me on the streets!!! Do you want to bring it to the court or will you go home crying to your mom like you did last time??? I’m not sorry!!!”

Britney Has Given A Savage Response To Justin Earlier As Well
It seems like poking Britney Spears is a favorite pastime of Justin Timberlake! In December 2023, Justin performed a surprise concert at the Fontainebleau BleauLive Theater in Las Vegas. During the concert, Timberlake performed his 2002 hit ‘Cry Me A River’, which hinted at his breakup with the ‘Outrageous’ artist. However, before singing the song, he said, “No Disrespect.”
Britney Spears, in response to that, took a sly dig at Justin Timberlake in an Instagram post. The post was about an alternate version of the ‘Make Me’ video. In the video, there was a leopard amidst the men warming up, stretching, and working their way onto the pole.
The ‘Baby One More Time’ singer wrote, “Oh Jesus Christ, the stories … I could tell on the set of this one !!! There’s always more to the story and that’s not even half of it !!! It was shot in Arizona 120 degree heat … 2 different version videos were shot for this song … most boys say “OH I’M SHOOK!!!””
Referring to one of the charity basketball matches with Justin Timberlake’s NSYNC, Britney Spears wrote, “Psss I never mentioned how I beat him in basketball and he would cry… no disrespect!!!”
