Season 2 of Netflix’s Wednesday‘ just got better, as sources have confirmed that Lady Gaga will be joining Jenna Ortega for the next season, and fans are absolutely thrilled.

The second season of the show, which started shooting in Ireland recently, will be out in 2025 as per reports. It will be an exciting addition to the show’s ghoulish vibes. Here’s what Gaga’s character will be about and more details on the sequel.

According to reports cited by Variety, Lady Gaga will feature in ‘Wednesday‘ Season 2. Although the specifics of Gaga’s role are being kept under wraps, insiders claim it will be a cameo in the second season of the wildly popular Netflix series, which is currently being filmed in Ireland.

According to sources, the production team attempted to cast Gaga in Season 2 of the program in order to give her a bigger role, but that attempt eventually failed.

Gaga’s casting comes after a dance sequence from ‘Wednesday‘ Episode 4 went viral on TikTok after being remixed to Gaga’s ‘Bloody Mary’. Jenna Ortega, star of ‘Wednesday‘, previously teased that Gaga might appear on the show as she said, “I’m sure Netflix would love that”

As Wednesday Addams attends Nevermore Academy, the show will keep exploring her paranormal secrets. Wednesday’s announcement video for the renewal of Season 2 in January 2023 promised more “torture” to come.

“[Wednesday] sticks to her guns, and she’s not out to please anybody,” Ortega told Tudum in February. “Which, as someone who used to be an immense people pleaser, I really respect,” she continued.

The title of ‘Wednesday’ season 2 premiere is ‘Here We Woe Again’. Gough and Millar wrote the script, while Tim Burton is the director.
