‘Breaking Bad‘ is undoubtedly one of the most beloved TV shows of all time and has built a massive fanbase over the years. Since viewers still love revisiting the series and continue to remember it for its excellence, many assumed that Walter White’s iconic house, which is featured prominently in the show, would sell quickly when it was listed in January 2025.
That was likely what Joanne Quintana, the homeowner of the famous property used as the exterior of Walter White’s home, expected as well. However, the listing failed to attract any buyers, largely because it was put up for sale at nearly $4 million. Several realtors estimated that the asking price was about 10 times higher than the house’s actual value. Now, a year later, the price has dropped drastically, making headlines across the internet.

After waiting for over a year without any serious offers, Quintana reportedly admitted that it was time to move on and list the home at a much more reasonable price. Currently valued at around $400,000, the homeowner is now hoping it will finally sell sometime this year.

Walter White’s Home Featured Several Iconic Scenes

Despite the frustration of not receiving any offers over the past year, Quintana still has plenty of fond memories associated with the property.
