“Buy YouTube”, “Even Richest Man Can’t Afford Premium” – Twitter Bursts Into Hilarious Reactions As Elon Musk Targets YouTube’s Ads

Billionaire Elon Musk is grabbing the limelight once more with his controversy-sparking tweet about YouTube. The founder and CEO of SpaceX and Tesla Motors wrote, “YouTube seems to be non-stop scam ads,” indicating the platform’s use of various ads that he considers fraudulent. Obviously, Twitter users had a lot of hilarious reactions to his latest dig at YouTube.

Elon Musk Says YouTube Runs “Non-Stop Scam Ads”

Elon Musk’s Twitter deal caused a major upheaval in the market. Now, he has stirred up speculation about his desire to buy YouTube. The billionaire took to Twitter to complain about YouTube’s ads, which he referred to as a “scam”. Musk wrote, “YouTube seems to be non-stop scam ads.”

He also alleged that his company, Tesla’s name, is being used by other companies for scam adverts on YouTube.

Twitter Wants Musk To Buy YouTube

Many Twitter users pointed out how the economy is so bad that even the world’s richest man can’t afford to pay the premium on YouTube. “I mean, you don’t need to be a billionaire to remove all YouTube ads. YouTube Premium starts at like $10 a month or something,” a tweet read.

Another person wrote about the poor state of the market.

However, most people advised the Tesla CEO to buy the platform.

A tweet read, “Hi @elonmusk pls buy YouTube and remove all ads.”

Another Twitter user wrote, “Forget the Twitter deal. We need you to buy YouTube instead!”

Meanwhile, YouTube’s security policy on its website states, “The safety of our creators, viewers, and partners is our highest priority. We look to each of you to help us protect this unique and vibrant community. It’s important you understand our Community Guidelines and the role they play in our shared responsibility to keep YouTube safe.”

“YouTube doesn’t allow spam, scams, or other deceptive practices that take advantage of the YouTube community. We also don’t allow content where the main purpose is to trick others into leaving YouTube for another site,” it concludes.
