Caitlyn Jenner is keeping it sweet and simple when it comes to Kylie Jenner’s love life. While the Kardashian-Jenner family usually keeps relationship talk pretty guarded, Caitlyn didn’t hesitate when reporters asked her about Kylie’s longtime romance with Timothée Chalamet.
Now, Caitlyn has addressed how she feels about Timothée, confirmed she’s met him, and shared the one thing she cares about most.
Caitlyn Jenner Opens Up About Kylie And Timothée’s Relationship
When asked about Kylie and Timothée’s relationship, Caitlyn addressed saying, “I just want my daughter to be happy,” she said in a video. In addition, Caitlyn pointed out that Kylie is happy right now, and she said that’s enough for her. Caitlyn made it pretty clear that she isn’t viewing the relationship through the lens of fame or headlines.

To her, Kylie’s happiness comes first over anything else. On top of that, Caitlyn confirmed she has met Timothée and described him as a “great kid” and also praised his talent, calling him a “phenomenal actor.” Even so, Caitlyn’s approval wasn’t only about Timothée’s career. She also called him “a good kid.”
More importantly, Caitlyn’s biggest reason for supporting the relationship is that “he’s very good to Kylie.” Meanwhile, Caitlyn isn’t the only one who seems happy to have Timothée around. In December, Timothée was included on the Kardashian-Jenner family’s holiday gingerbread house. Kris Jenner’s annual tradition features the names of all the most important people in her expansive family, and Timothée’s name appeared alongside the rest.
Timothée And Kylie’s Relationship Milestones
Although Kylie and Timothée have kept much of their relationship private since romance rumours first started three years ago, a few recent moments have offered a glimpse into their bond. In fact, Timothée has publicly expressed his love for Kylie more than once this awards season.

Earlier this month, Timothée delivered a loving message to Kylie during his acceptance speech at the 2026 Critics’ Choice Awards. “Thank you for our foundation,” the 30-year-old said on stage. “I love you. I couldn’t do this without you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. Appreciate it.” Right after that, Kylie responded in a sweet way of her own. She mouthed back to him, “I love you.”
