Is it the end of a new beginning? Seems like! Since the takeover, Elon Musk has opted for some radical revamping at Twitter. In October 2022, Musk completed the halted Twitter deal after he and the company got into a legal battle after he alleged that Twitter did not certainly inform him about the bots and spam accounts. Since the takeover, he has dethroned the top-tier execs including the former CEO Parag Agrawal.
In the first week of November 2022, he decided to sack half of its 7,500 employees globally due to the increasing loss per day. One of the promises that the tech billionaire made was to provide a platform for free speech to others. Is he living up to it? Because he fired two of his employees over their expression of discontent with the technological errs.

After firing the employees without any prior notice, Musk is firing Twitter employees on Twitter! On Sunday, Eric Frohnhoefer disagreed with Musk when the Tesla owner apologized for Twitter’s slow speed. He cited the Remote Procedure Calls (RPCs) for failing “to render a home timeline”.
A user asked Eric to inform his boss privately because it makes the former employee look like “a spiteful self-serving dev.” So, Eric replied, “Maybe he [Elon Musk] should ask questions privately. Maybe using Slack or email.” Musk, on Monday, replied, “He’s fired”. When the former engineer tried to log in, he could not do so tweeting about it, “Guess it is official now.”
