On the surface, this is a brilliant feature. The vast character limit will bring all forms of content to Twitter. Given how Musk brought long-form videos, it only makes sense to bring similar flexibility to tweets. Many are thanking the tech billionaire for this fantastic addition. However, there’s still some opposition.

@DalePlemons expressed gratitude in his tweet, “Far out! You’re giving us our money’s worth. Thanks for the update.”

@CricketsMatter is excited about the prospect of posting images with text. The user’s tweet reads, “AWESOME – inline images! Aren’t you supposed to be out celebrating your birthday??”

@braydimonika believes Twitter is going to leap over Facebook. She tweets, “Twitter photos and video albums, to topple FB.”

@Czesc45 has things on her that she wants to address first. She’s asking the former Twitter CEO a serious question, “How about removing the shadow bans?”
