Are you a budding writer? Have you been putting off writing those pages you promised you would? Or do you simply like posting long-size tweets? Fear not; Elon Musk has got you covered! The tech billionaire has announced Twitter’s new long-form feature. Users are now free to post 25,000 characters with four images.
Elon Musk’s commitment to making Twitter a more interactive space gets one step closer daily. Expanding the character limit for a tweet provides a more liberating experience that will help the posters elaborate on their thought processes. Unfortunately, this is a benefit only after a Twitter Blue subscription.
Elon Musk Announces New Long-Form Feature
Elon Musk announced another new feature for Twitter Blue users right after his 52nd birthday. Those paying the $8 monthly fee can access features like formatting and editing tweets, uploading 8GB videos, and bookmarking folders.
The Twitter Blue users will now post a tweet of 25,000 characters maximum. As a bonus offer, they’ll be allowed to post four pictures. Elon Musk tweeted, “Improved longform features,” as he shared the subscription link. For now, this luxury is only available to Twitter Blue users.

Twitter Thanks Elon Musk For Another Additional Feature
On the surface, this is a brilliant feature. The vast character limit will bring all forms of content to Twitter. Given how Musk brought long-form videos, it only makes sense to bring similar flexibility to tweets. Many are thanking the tech billionaire for this fantastic addition. However, there’s still some opposition.
@DalePlemons expressed gratitude in his tweet, “Far out! You’re giving us our money’s worth. Thanks for the update.”
