The Duke of Sussex recently gave a speech at the United Nations headquarters in New York. But before he could give his speech, an incident with his wife Meghan Markle grabbed the attention of royal fans. A video clearly showed that Prince Harry was not happy with her behavior.
For a long time, Harry and Meghan have been regarded as a power couple who support each other through thick and thin. They went against the British monarchy together. But, it seems all might not be well between the two. Royal fans certainly made their own theories after their awkward hand-holding video hit social media.
What Happened Between Prince Harry And Meghan Markle?
Prince Harry and Meghan arrived at the UN on Monday where Harry was supposed to give a speech on Nelson Mandela Day. The couple appeared in high spirits, holding hands and smiling together. But soon the mood changed between the two. Before Harry took the stage to give his speech, the paparazzi spotted Meghan smiling and pulling her husband’s hand to calm his nerves down. But the Prince pulled his hand away and placed it on his lap and looked quite tensed.
Meghan still didn’t get the hint and grabbed his arm and pulled his hand onto her lap. It instantly made her husband feel very awkward. The Prince adjusted his suit while he looked down, with his facial expression seeming more and more uncomfortable. Soon after that when he was speaking to a man, Meghan placed her hand on his back. Harry held her hand and then continued talking with the man. One expert analyzed the whole incident and said “He looks so unhappy.”

Royal Fans Think Harry “Needs A Way Out”
As soon as the video of the incident became viral, royal fans voiced their opinions over Twitter. One fan wrote, “He needs a way out. She has closed all his options, isolated him from his family. But it looks like he’s growing more defiant. Her grip of control is loosening. W&K in the US for Earthshot could be an opportunity for Harry to reach out.” Another fan wrote, “I’m torn between seeing him be so weak and feeling sorry for him, & anger at him for what he has done to his family. Even if he returned he could never be a working Royal or trusted by his family or the public. But at least he would be away from that thing”.
