Henry on how he got the role said, “I pursued, pursued, pursued. A couple of months after they had gone through their casting process; my agent called and said, ‘They have asked you to do an audition; you do not have to do this,’ I am like, ‘I’ll do it.’ They said, ‘Really? Are you sure?”
To this, the fitness mogul said, “Of course. It is ‘The Witcher.'”
As per sources, for the first season, Cavill got $400,000 per episode of the Witcher. But, the series went to hit the critics and fans at the right points that made Season 2 possible. In the Season 2 of The Witcher, Henry pulled more than $1 million for each episode. The show had around eight episodes in the second season, which aired on December 17, last year. Henry got around over and above $8 million in total. With the making of season 3 of The Witcher, Henry may end up pulling out more money for every episode than he did in the previous installments.
