Hillary Duff has opened up to the Women’s Health Magazine about body image in Hollywood. She has done a nude photoshoot for the Magazine “Body Issues.” It indicates the strength, growth, and exactly how happy she is with her body and the power it gives her.
I’m proud of my body. I’m proud that it’s produced three children for me. I’ve gotten to a place of being peaceful with the changes my body has gone through,” she told the magazine.
“I also want people to know a makeup artist was there putting glow all over my body and someone put me in the most flattering position.”
Hillary Duff’s Journey To The Photoshoot
Duff has revealed that she has been training four days a week and lifting weights. She is also focusing on strength training in order to prepare for the shoot. “I think at 34, I’ve just gained a lot of respect for my body,” she said. “It’s taken me all the places I need to go, it’s helped me build a beautiful family.”
She has disclosed that she has been taking the help of meditation and therapy in her self care routine. “We bust our ass to get our bodies in shape and to look the best we can. We get facials and Botox and our hair done and highlights and brows and lash lifts and all this s—t,” she said. “But I want to work on the inside. That’s the most important part of self care.
Hillary Duff also speaks about her love for tattoos. The actress has more than 20 tattoos as part of her self-care routine. Most recently, she added a new tattoo to her collection saying “Mother.” Duff says that she is proud of her body as it has given her three children. She is now confident more than ever going forward in her journey.
