Prince William and his forehead scar have been famous for quite some time now. He likes to call it his ‘Harry potter scar’. That makes Daniel Radcliff 0 and Prince William 1. Okay, jokes apart, Prince William remained in the spotlight for a while because the scar on the left side of his forehead bears a striking resemblance to everyone’s favorite wizard and childhood hero, Harry Potter.
He has had the scar for a long time now, but there is news that Kate Middleton herself has a 3-inch scar on her forehead which makes this even more bizarre.

But How Did He Get It?
The Scar on Prince William’s forehead was a sporting accident that occurred when he was 13. He was accidentally hit by a Golf club when he went to play with his friend. “I got hit by a golf club when I was playing golf with a friend of mine. Yeah, we were on a putting green and the next thing you know there was a seven-iron and it came out of nowhere and it hit me in the head,” said Prince William.
Did you know that the scar also glows? Prince William told this fact in 2009 on a children’s TV show ‘Newsround’. “That was for my Harry Potter scar, as I call it, just here. I call it that because it glows sometimes and some people notice it – other times they don’t notice it at all.”
He was admitted to Royal Berkshire hospital and had a depressed fracture of the skull. He was operated on at Great Ormond street hospital. It also turns out that his wife Kate Middleton has her own scar due to a childhood operation though, it is hidden in her hairline.

Kate Middleton And Prince William Face Backlash From Parents At School
Prince William is moving to Berkshire from London with his family in September. Their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis will transfer from Cambridge to Lambrook School next month. Although the headmaster Jonathan Perry has said the school is “delighted” for the royal children to join them and they “very much look forward to welcoming the family, as well as all of our new pupils, to our school community.” Some parents are not happy about how the new security measures will impact the school and their own kids.
One concerned parent even told that “a lot of parents are p***ed off.” Apparently, the parents are worried about the change in the “feel and atmosphere of the school” due to the new security measures. A parent Said, “Many of us worry things like the carol service will now become more formal and won’t be the sweet, laid-back affair they usually are.” Parents don’t want their kids to witness armed police in the trees and corridors and said that this was not “the same school and vibe” they signed up for.
