There has been an intense legal battle going on between Blac Chyna and the Kardashians-Jenner family since 2017. The feud was initiated with Chyna’s allegations and her suing Her ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian. The claims were that her ex-boyfriend and his family had planned against her and they got her show “Rob and Chyna Show” canceled. She also claimed that her ex’s family abused her as well.
“Chyna’s Claims Are Absurd,” Says Kardashian’s Attorney
Angella White aka Chyna Blac filed a case against the whole Kardashians Jenners family in October 2017. She sued the family for more than 60 million dollars for the loss of her show. The ongoing case in Los Angeles superior court has taken many twists so far.
The Kardashians-Jenners family has appealed to the court recently to dismiss all the claims made by Chyna Blac. According to them, Ms. Blac is trying to show fake emotional disbalance and distress due to her financial as well as characteristic loss. And her lawsuit consists of some absurd claims that are not worth getting attention at all.
According to Peoples magazine, the attorney of the Kardashian Jenners family Micheal G. Rhodes had insisted that Blac Chyna offered “no documentary evidence, economic analysis, or expert testimony” to support her claims.
Rhodes, the lawyer representing Kim Kardashian, Chloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, and Kris Jenner in this case against Black took no time to allege that
“Before the trial began, these claims were absurd.”
“Now that Plaintiff has testified in her entirety, and has no additional testimony or evidence to offer on her damages, Defendants respectfully submit that entering such an instruction would be a vastly inadequate remedy.”
Rhodes also attacked Chyna’s claims saying she has no supporting accountants for her request for $109,635,021 in economic damage and $36,000,000 in general damages for emotional distress.
“Ms. Blac’s unsupported and wildly speculative claims for damages must not be allowed to go to the jury,” the document reads.

According to sources, Rob Kardashian has tried to defame his ex-girlfriend by making Chyna’s personal pictures go viral. The pictures are revealing the private body parts of Blac and their very private moments as well. No wonder Chyna has gone through a very rough patch and probably still going on.
Even after all of this, Chyna filed no complaints against her Ex-boyfriend but sued all other people from the Kardashians-Jenner clan. Though Black has admitted that Kris Jenner has been a great support to her for the accommodation of the show. Blac Chyna has admitted that her reputation was mainly destroyed by Rob Kardashian, the one she loved for her life.
