When all eyes are on you, you have to give your 100%. But, can everyone manage to give their 100% on stage and then try to be the best mom? Very rarely. The ‘Roar’ singer is that rare sample of how you can be at the peak of your career and nurture your child as well! Currently, Katy is busy with her Las Vegas Residency Tour which began in December 2021. Nothing is stopping her from giving the ‘Katy Cats’ the time of their lives!

Recently, in an interview, the ‘Dark Horse’ singer chronicled her life as a working mom. She detailed how she gives time to Daisy and performs on stage on the same day. Katy said, “I have a residency in Las Vegas and I get to literally drop her off at preschool and then go play a show in Las Vegas.”

The entrepreneur also talked about how she finds joy and respite in the little things she does for Daisy. She said, “I come back late, like maybe 11:30 or something, I still make her lunches. Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are blessed parents. The singer credits their daughter for giving a sense to her life. She said, “She is the reason for everything. I get so much from her and, like, my sense of value.” However, it was not always a smooth ride for the artist.

In an interview, she admitted that no one tells her how difficult it is to rear an infant. The singer said, “No one tells you about the first six weeks of having your first child. What? This is crazy! You’re feeding in the same corner of the same room for six weeks straight thinking, ‘Will I ever leave this house? And if I do, will they be OK?”

But, again, those little things that you do with the child are all that matters and she also agrees to it. The ‘Electric’ singer said, “The most mundane, beautiful things. You get this surge of joy back and it just makes everything come to life.”
