On June 1, finally, the long ongoing defamation trial between actor Johnny Depp and ex-wife Amber Heard came to an end. The jury sided with Johnny Depp and awarded him $10.4 million in compensation. After the trial was over, sources close to Amber Heard declared that the actress lost a lot of money due to paying the hefty legal fees. Currently, she is in a very bad financial situation and does not have enough resources to pay Depp.
On the contrary, Amber was recently spotted using a private jet to go to DC. It resulted in people on social media questioning the financial reality of the actress. Some fans are speculating that this money is actually coming from a third party, probably the secret father of her recent child. Amber Heard was recently spotted coming out of a private jet in Washington DC and then getting into an SUV. The actress was accompanied by a few other people along with her sister Whitney Henriquez. This was the first time she was spotted ever since the trial ended. This luxurious lifestyle has now raised some eyebrows given the fact that her side of people has mentioned her inability to follow jury’s verdict.
Amber’s lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft has already declared that she definitely can’t pay Depp $10 million. An insider claimed the star is now broke due to spending an excessive amount of money. “I think it will be very hard for her,” a showbiz insider informed Page Six on the idea of her reviving a career in Hollywood. “Johnny will definitely work again. Amber can work again, [but] I’d think it will be more the indie route. I’m just not sure studios want the liability of working with her.”
On the other hand, social media users are speculating that the source of such money is a third party. In April 2021, Amber Heard had a baby named Oonagh Paige via surrogacy. Although, she hasn’t revealed to the world the father of her baby, fans think that it is one of her recent lovers. Some think, as after Johnny Depp her most well-known relationship was with Elon Musk, he may be the father of her baby.
