As it turns out, the ‘Spider-Man‘ actor once got so excited that he revealed a major ‘Avengers‘ character’s death, which completely took away the surprise element for her.
Zendaya Opens Up About How Tom Holland Spoiled ‘Avengers’ For Her
Zendaya recently opened up about her experience during an interview with AlloCine, where she admitted that Tom Holland had indeed spoiled a significant moment from ‘Avengers‘. “Yes… he revealed that to me in private, and I was like… ‘Why did you tell me that?!‘”, she said.

While she admitted that it took away her viewing experience, she also found a silver lining in knowing beforehand.
“So I didn’t get to fully enjoy that with the world. But I’m also kind of glad that I got told in advance so I wasn’t, like, having a meltdown,” she added. According to her, the emotional impact might have been overwhelming otherwise.
Tom Holland’s Long History Of Marvel Spoilers Continues
For longtime Marvel fans, this revelation doesn’t come as much of a surprise. Tom Holland has built a reputation over the years for accidentally revealing key details about the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

From casually mentioning that Spider-Man: Homecoming would be part of a trilogy to accidentally showing the ‘Avengers: Infinity War‘ poster during an Instagram live session, Holland has repeatedly slipped up.
One of his most memorable moments came when he revealed his character’s fate, Peter Parker getting blipped, in Infinity War to audiences on opening night itself.
Even ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home‘ wasn’t entirely safe from his spoiler tendencies. In fact, Holland nearly revealed major plot details about the film before its release. His track record makes it clear that keeping secrets, especially Marvel-level secrets, is not exactly his strong suit.
Now that Zendaya and Tom Holland are gearing up for ‘Spider-Man: Brand New Day’, which is expected to release on July 31, we can’t wait for Holland to drop another spoiler bomb. Fingers crossed!
