Vance would be his running partner.

Tim Walz has been chosen as her running mate by Kamala Harris for her Democratic journey to the president’s chair. A former social studies teacher and football coach, Walz became a well-known Democratic personality over years. Moreover, his rise was also fueled by his catchy attacks on Donald Trump.
Shortly after being announced as the running mate by Harris, Walz took to X to express his promise for a better nation if he gets elected. “I tried to teach my students what small-town Nebraska taught me,” Mr. Walz, who was born in rural Nebraska, wrote in the caption of his post.

After a rally in Philadelphia, Republican Vice President nominee JD Vance slammed Walz by calling him a “San Francisco-style liberal”. But Senator Joe Manchin III of West Virginia, has defended Walz asserting that he is a well-deserved candidate as he has helped “bring our country closer together and bring balance back to the Democratic Party.”

Tim Walz Expected To Mark Presence At Philadelphia Rally With Kamala Harris
Kamala Harris selected Tim Walz as her running mate over another candidate, Gov. Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania, who indicated on social media that he is still planning to be at a Philadelphia rally, where Walz is expected to make a debut with Kamala Harris.
Mr. Walz has contributed a lot to society through his work. He has worked with the state’s Democratic-controlled Legislative to focus on the agenda through his liberal policies including free tuition fees for low-income students, free meals for school children, protection for transgender people, and more.
He has also worked on issues related to climate change and even faced criticism for his comments on the George Floyd incident.
