One of the driving forces behind WWE’s women’s revolution, Bayley has long served as a major role model for aspiring female wrestlers. Over the years, she has achieved nearly everything possible in WWE, establishing herself as one of the most accomplished stars of her generation. With such a decorated resume already in place, Bayley could now be open to exploring opportunities beyond WWE, particularly with the company’s partner promotions like Lucha Libre AAA Worldwide and TNA.
While it initially came as a surprise, WWE’s partnership with TNA has proven to be a major success, and the addition of AAA only expands the possibilities by bringing multiple wrestling worlds together. Speaking about the prospect of working with other promotions, Bayley shared her interest during a recent appearance on the Busted Open Radio podcast.
Bayley Would Love To Work With New Talents From TNA and AAA

Bayley mentioned that she would love to compete in TNA and AAA, with TNA being a long-term ambition of hers, while talking about WWE’s increasing willingness to feature other firms on their programming.
The former multiple-time world champion said, “I would love to dip my toes in TNA and AAA, and all these things. If we have the doors to do that, I would love to go.”
She further added, “TNA was one of my dreams as a kid. I loved the Knockouts division. They were like the hottest division for so long.”

Bayley further talked about how she liked Gail Kim and her iconic rivalry with Awesome Kong and was a fan of her initial professional years. She also mentioned how she appeared for a TNA tryout in 2010 but was unable to make it to the promotion.
Bayley’s Transformation Into WWE’s Locker Room Leader

Given her impressive resume and legacy in the company so far, Bayley has been a real role model behind the scenes for young and upcoming talents. During the same podcast, she stated how it is a bit hard to feel like a locker room leader.
She revealed, “It’s hard to feel like a locker room leader….I just started realizing it more, I guess, within the last few years, where people are coming to me asking for feedback or advice.”

She further revealed how her opinions regarding a match or a story are somewhat different from those of others. Mentioning Naomi and Natalya, she revealed how she has learned a lot about perseverance and pushing through from them.
While her WrestleMania 42 path might look a bit puzzling at the moment, only time will tell who Bayley will end up facing at the grandest stage of them all this year, and whether she will ever appear in TNA and AAA in the near future or not.
