With CM Punk and Roman Reigns set to headline WrestleMania 42 later this April, their rivalry appears to have taken a more personal turn following the latest episode of RAW, where Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso inserted themselves into the storyline. As speculation grows around potential twists heading into WrestleMania, Big E highlighted a key concern that could impact Reigns’ legacy.
With The Usos once again backing the Bloodline, some fans believe it signals a return to the dominant faction era that defined much of Reigns’ championship run. However, Big E suggested that their involvement could also raise questions about Reigns’ standing as a challenger, potentially casting doubt on his legacy if he relies on outside help heading into such a high-stakes showdown.
Big E Wants To See Roman Reigns Face CM Punk Without Any Outside Involvement

During the most recent segment of RAW Recap, Big E stated how legacy is not only built by winning world titles, but also by showcasing one’s strength on the mic and with the ability to stand on one’s own.
He further stated, “I think, if Roman can’t do this without the cousins, without the Bloodline, I am not saying his legacy takes a hit, I’m saying maybe we start to question it.”
He further compared how CM Punk’s 434-day WWE title reign between 2012 and 2013 might have him aligned with Paul Heyman, but Punk did most of the job with no one by his side throughout his career. He further stated how he wants to see Reigns become what he always thinks he is, and that is to be on the Mount Rushmore of wrestling.

He further shared how he would love to have a segment where Reigns and Punk are the only two men standing in the ring with no shenanigans. While talking about the involvement of the cousins, Big E stated, “Leave all the cousins. We know there are 40-50 cousins, leave them all in the back. That’s what I would like to see as a fan.”
While a lot of fans would love to see this happen, others are loving the involvement of The Usos and a potential return of The Bloodline in the near future.
Roman Reigns Destroyed CM Punk On RAW

The World Heavyweight Championship feud between Roman Reigns and CM Punk appears to have reached a boiling point, as the Tribal Chief sent a strong message by putting the champion through a table.
Tensions escalated further when Punk mocked the situation, joking that The Usos should remain by Reigns’ side as backup. The remark sparked an immediate reaction from Jey Uso, who charged straight at the outspoken champion. The chaos allowed Reigns to seize control, launching a brutal assault on the ‘Second City Saint.’
