Rey Mysterio revealed that his match with Eddie Guerrero from WrestleMania 21 remains one of his favorite matches of all time, and he has been a big fan of the performance both the veterans put out during the match. “I’ll tell you what, I’m a big fan of Eddie and I. WrestleMania 21, WrestleMania goes Hollywood,” said Mysterio.
He also picked his instant classic with Kurt Angle at SummerSlam 2002, where both men delivered a quick 10-minute opening bout, which is still claimed as one of the best SummerSlam opening matches of all time.

Even Angle has claimed it to be his favorite match on several podcasts and interviews, showcasing how both performers are proud of what they did. Given his huge array of matches, the Luchadore’s picks might be suitable to showcase his performance, and given how he has excelled in the show’s opening, both matches are still regarded as one of the best openers.
Rey Mysterio Said He Warned Finn Balor About Dominik Mysterio

During the same interview, the Hall of Famer talked about the recent attack laid out by Dominik Mysterio and Judgment Day on Finn Balor and revealed that he previously warned Balor about it.
He said, “It’s a little shaky, man. I mean, I warned Finn, like I warned Priest, I warned Rhea, that Dom is not the cat that they think he is”.
