Elon Musk has been struggling to keep up with the new emerging competition for Twitter and to revamp it into his vision. When he bought the platform in October 2022, many advertisers pulled the plug on advertising on Twitter. Due to this, Twitter lost its major source of revenue. So, to find alternative sources of revenue, Musk has introduced various features and changes in policies.
However, Mark Zuckerberg defeated the very purpose of Elon Musk’s plan to monopolize the social media market. He recently introduced the Threads app, which has a similar interface to Twitter. On its debut day, Threads received 70 million sign-ups. Several Twitter users switched to the new Meta app. While the netizens have chosen a side, Taliban leader Anas Haqqani has praised Elon Musk-led Twitter.
Taliban Leader Anas Haqqani Praises Elon Musk-Led Twitter For Its Freedom Of Speech
Elon Musk has been a flag bearer of free speech since time immemorial, and he has been fighting to reinstate it on Twitter. Now, the Taliban’s senior leader, Anas Haqqani, has praised Musk’s Twitter tolerance policy.
On Twitter, he wrote, “Twitter has two important advantages over other social media platforms. The first privilege is freedom of speech. The second privilege is the public nature and credibility of Twitter. Twitter doesn’t have an intolerant policy like Meta. Other platforms cannot replace it.”
Anas Haqqani’s tweet comes amid Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg’s war of words. Musk challenged Zuckerberg to a cage fight. The Meta CEO accepted the challenge and asked the billionaire to update him on the fight venue. But since the launch of Threads, Elon Musk has turned bitter toward Mark Zuckerberg. He called him a cuck and asked him to participate in “a literal d*** measuring contest.”

The Billionaire’s Lawyer Threatens To Sue Meta
There have been many comparisons made between Meta and Twitter since the former’s launch. But the only similarity is the user interface of both platforms. But Elon Musk’s lawyer, Alex Spiro, is taking the legal path to take down Meta for imitating Twitter.
As per CNN, Alex Spiro wrote a letter to Meta, stating that the company had committed “systematic, willful, and unlawful misappropriation of Twitter’s trade secrets and other intellectual property.”
He added, “Twitter intends to strictly enforce its intellectual property rights and demands that Meta take immediate steps to stop using any Twitter trade secrets or other highly confidential information.”
