Royal Commentator Says There Is Still Enough Goodwill Towards Prince Harry
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry went on to malign the royal family’s image in 2021 after the Oprah Winfrey interview. During the interview, the couple talked about family members who made it difficult for Meghan Markle. Now, after a Netflix docuseries and a tell-all memoir, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex have made it impossible to harmonize their relationship with the royal family.
However, according to Jennie Bond, a royal commentator, the royal family can forgive Prince Harry and welcome him back, but only without Meghan. Jennie told OK! magazine, “I think that Harry, without Meghan, would be forgiven and welcomed back into the royal fold in the fullness of time.”
She continued, “I think there is still enough goodwill towards Harry, well, to the old Harry that we all remember. He could recoup the ground he’s lost and in time and be welcomed back. But I don’t think it’s anywhere on the horizon.”

Grant Harrold Thinks That The Royal Family Will Accept The Couple With Open Arms
During an interview with The Post, King Charles III’s former butler, Grant Harrold, said that there is still a ray of hope for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle to come to the former’s homeland. He said, “I’d never say never; it’s always possible that one day he might want to come home; it’s possible that he might buy [a property] here if he wanted to come over [more] and Meghan didn’t want to come over.”
He continued, “Meghan doesn’t really have any family here as such; all her family is in the States, and that’s where Harry has decided he wants to set up his home.”
Paul Burrell, Princess Diana’s butler, also said that King Charles III will openly embrace the couple in Harry’s homeland. He said, “I have no doubt that when this happens, because we all know that it will happen, when it does happen, he will return to the United Kingdom, and I think his father, the King, and his brother, the Prince of Wales, will both greet him back into the country with open arms.”
