Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been ousted by the royal family for their villainous portrayal in the media. Harry and Meghan stepped down from their royal duties in 2020 and shifted their bases to Montecito, California. One of the reasons that the couple left the royal family was to regain their privacy due to intrusive royal media institutions.
However, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have not succeeded in achieving privacy after coming to the USA. The couple got involved in a lawsuit against a paparazzi firm after their son, Archie, got clicked without their permission. Now, Meghan’s father, Thomas Markle’s friend, Karl Larsen, has arranged a tour of the hangout places of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, including the street near the Montecito house. Nevertheless, Thomas Markle has denied any involvement in the tour.

Meghan Markle and her father, Thomas Markle, had a long-standing rift before her marriage in 2018. He was accused of staging paparazzi pictures, which heavily breached the couple’s privacy. Meghan did not invite her father to the royal wedding. However, the presence of her father in her life is persistent now through a friend, Karl Larsen.
Karl Larsen is a photographer who has arranged a bus tour called the ‘Royal Celebrity Tour of Los Angeles and Montecito.’ The tour will take people around the places where Meghan grew up and famous hangout spots of Harry and Meghan Markle. The tour also includes the couple’s Montecito house. It costs $1,200 for six people. He claimed that he was the only person who knew everything that had unfolded between Thomas Markle and Meghan Markle.
However, the tour is not sitting well with Karl’s friend and Meghan’s father, Thomas. During an interview with Mail Online Royals, he said, “I never gave my approval to Karl Larsen for any tour anywhere. I am not involved in any way.”

Karl Has Addressed The Backlash He Received For Arranging The Tour
Karl Larsen’s royal tour was listed on Tripening. He promised to take the tourists to various famous spots, including the Polo and Racquet Club in Santa Barbara. Larsen is also risking and breaching the couple’s privacy by taking the tourists to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s house. He received a lot of flak for arranging the tour with a tech entrepreneur, Christopher Bouzy, calling it “harassment.”
Karl clarified his stance on the tour for Newsweek. He said, “I want to have the tour be available where she grew up. We’re going to go to Montecito but just places they go to, restaurants they go to.”
He continued, “It’s a custom tour so if people want to go see other sights that’s what we’re going to do but we will not go past Doria’s house and we will not go past Harry and Meghan’s.” The photographer ensured that the tour continued despite the backlash. “This is not going to be the end of the tour.”
