“So people keep bringing this up,” Starr said in the interview, per Yahoo. “The only thing I have in common with that is blonde hair, which I’ve gotten rid of as you can see. I think you probably need someone younger. I’m 50.”

Jensen Ackles, who plays the unpredictable Soldier Boy in ‘The Boys,’ was not having any of it. When asked about the fan casting, the ‘Supernatural’ alum quickly said, “Perfect, that would be amazing. I would watch it.”

Even so, all the fan support, along with Jensen Ackles backing him, seems to have amused him.
Whether Antony Starr ends up playing Albert Wesker in a live-action ‘Resident Evil‘ project is still unclear, but Jensen Ackles’ support has definitely added to the excitement.
For now, fans can only hope that his “that would be amazing” comment actually comes true, with or without the blonde hair.
