10. Sheryl Crow

Grammy-winning artist appeared as herself in season 4 episode 5 titled ‘It’s the End of the Jake as We Know It.’ She paired up with Hannah Montana to sing one of the show’s most iconic songs, ‘Need a Little Love,’ during a televised holiday special.

9. Jesse McCartney

Making the whole audience swoon, Jesse McCartney made a cameo in season 2 episode 12 titled ‘When You Wish You Were The Star.’ Appearing as himself, he met Hannah backstage and asked her out on a date, only to be rejected to his face because of Miley’s school obligations. His song ‘She’s No You’ was also featured in the soundtrack of the show’s first season.
8. China Anne McClain

Before becoming Disney’s ‘Descendants’ star, China Anne McClain appeared in season 3 episode 8, ‘Welcome to the Bungle,’ when she was just a little kid. In the episode, we saw Hannah getting overwhelmed by the influence she has over her younger fans when China appeared on a talk show Q&A to ask about her past comments on carrots.
7. Kat Graham

Before rising to stardom as Bonnie Bennett on ‘The Vampire Diaries,’ Kat Graham made several appearances in season 3 of ‘Hannah Montana,’ playing the role of Jackson’s girlfriend Allison. Her transition to ‘The Vampire Diaries’ turned out very swift and smooth, as the pilot was released just 10 days before ‘Hannah Montana’s finale episode.
6. Corbin Bleu

This High School Musical star was the first guest star in the entire show. He appeared in the pilot episode “Lily, Do You Want to Know a Secret?” as Johnni Collins, a boy at school whom Miley liked. He later reappeared in Season 2 Episode 29 titled “We’re All On This Date Together,” where he bid $19,000 at an auction to have dinner with Hannah.

5. Brooke Shields

In one of the show’s most emotional moments, we saw Brooke Shields portray Susan Stewart, Miley’s late mother. The actress appeared in several dream sequences and flashbacks throughout the show, offering maternal guidance to Miley when she needed it most.

In Season 4 Episode 9 titled “I’ll Always Remember You,” we saw Miley having a meltdown about her fear of driving and the terrifying parallel parking. She conjured none other than Dr. Phil himself, imagining him sitting in the passenger seat and giving her his signature therapy session.

The WWE superstar John Cena appeared as himself in Season 4 Episode 7 titled “Love That Lets Go.” In a dream sequence, Cena appeared in front of Jackson, threatening him to finally finish reading the novel ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’. He delivered his iconic “Attitude Adjustment” right in the Stewart living room.
2. Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson

The Rock appeared in Season 2 Episode 17 titled “Don’t Stop ’Til You Get The Phone.” When a photo that could reveal Hannah’s identity ended up with a tabloid reporter, she was forced to find another embarrassing celebrity picture. Miley and Lily approached The Rock, tricking him into a full-blown spa makeover. Eventually, The Rock helped her get the photo back by simply dangling the reporter upside down.
1. Austin Butler

Before becoming the brooding superstar we know today, Austin Butler had been just another uncredited child actor on Hannah Montana. He was briefly seen as Becca Weller’s boyfriend in Season 1, Episode 11, titled “Oops! I Meddled Again.” He later returned in Season 2, Episode 7 titled “My Best Friend’s Boyfriend.” This time, he played the role of Miley’s blind date, whom she described as “the worst date of my life.”
