‘Demon Slayer’ has taken the anime world by storm and it seems like it’s not done climbing the popularity ladder. The third season of the anime is set to air soon and fans all over the world are excited and thrilled to have the series back. The third season takes place after the events of the entertainment district arc.
It follows Tanjiro as he tries to get his blade repaired. Fans are curious whether Zenitsu and Inosuke will be shown in the third season or will the two fan favorites be excluded. Read to find out.

Who Are Zenitsu And Inoksuke?
Zenitsu Agatsuma is the traveling companion of Tanjiro and his little sister Nezuko. Zenitsu is a practitioner of the lightning breathing style and is a very skilled swordsman. Most fans believe that Zenitsu is weak and is not a good fighter but that’s not true. Zenitsu is one of the strongest fighters in ‘Demon Slayer’ apart from the Hashira. However, Zenitsu is cowardly and doesn’t like fighting, as a result, his true fighting prowess emerges when he is asleep. Even Inosuke commented that Zenitsu is extremely powerful when he is asleep.
Inosuke Hashibira is the other traveling companion of Tanjiro and is one of the main characters in ‘Demon Slayer’. He practices the Beast breathing style, a style he created by himself and this style reflects his upbringing by the wild boars. Personality-wise, Inosuke is very hot-headed and he surprisingly holds grudges. He wears a boar mask on his head. His face without the mask is extremely beautiful which contradicts his hot and hard personality.
Are Zenitsu And Inosuke In ‘Demon Slayer’ Season 3?
The two characters despite their quirks and weaknesses quickly became fan favorites. Inosuke’s habit of forgetting Tanjiro’s name and Zenitsu’s soft yet gentle personality quickly grew on the fans. Unfortunately for the fans, likely, the two will not be included in season 3 of ‘Demon Slayer’.
Season 3 picks up right after the events of season 2. Tanjiro and his group suffered some severe and dangerous injuries and were sent to recover. Tanjiro wakes up after some time and sees Kanao. He asks about Inosuke and Zenitsu and comes to know that his friends were just as injured as him. Zenitsu woke up a few days before them and was already sent on a mission. Kanao said that Inosuke was still recovering but Inosuke already woke up.
After their reunion, Tanjiro passed out again. When he woke up he realized that Inosuke was sent on another mission as well. Because both of them are sent on different missions, they don’t join Tanjiro in the swordsmith village. This is why it is highly unlikely that the new season will feature both of them.
