The group that was most dreaded in Naruto was Akatsuki. Yahiko created it initially, but after his passing, it became a criminal gang. Akatsuki was made up of rogue ninjas from several villages that were feared everywhere. Some of the series’ toughest, most intimidating fighters were among these.

10. Yahiko
