‘Naruto’ has a vast cast of characters, but the plot still features several insane shinobi. But the most underappreciated figure, Raiga Korusuki, has established himself as the most twisted person.
Raiga, however, grew truly insane since he enjoyed torturing and murdering innocent people. Because of his strange belief, which states that people would have a greater perspective on life when they die, Raiga loves to bury people alive. He even used to cry at their funerals, which just goes to show how twisted and sadistic he was.

Seiryu is a character from ‘Akame Ga Kill’. Seiryu’s father and mentor were murdered by the revolutionary army whilst they were in the imperial army. This caused Seiryu to develop a wicked sense of justice. She believes that all revolutionary army members are criminals.
She does not possess any mercy for those she considers criminals. She murders the captives instead of interrogating them and has made quite a few modifications to her body to punish those criminals.

Kaede, the main character of ‘Elfen Lied‘, has three personalities, the evilest and terrible of which is Lucy. Without any remorse, Lucy used to murder entire families to take their property. Her instincts as a Diclonii were simply to slay people to her heart’s satisfaction. Even the father and sister of Kouta, a lifelong friend, were murdered by Lucy.

Keyaru a character from ‘Redo Of The Healer‘ became enthralled by the heroes and finally joined them in assisting the less fortunate. But when he witnessed their dark side while being tormented by them while under the influence of drugs, all he wanted was retribution. Flare, who ultimately turned into Keyaru’s biggest foe, was the person he idolized the most. Keyaru enjoyed breaking each of Flare’s fingers so she could mend them and start over
5) Yuno
Yuno from ‘Mirai Nikki’ could be the most beautiful and sweetest girlfriend a person could have except for the fact that she is a lunatic. She follows the protagonist, Yukiteru around and kills anyone and everyone who dares to come between them. Even Yukiteru is scared of Yuno and that says a lot. It’s not even her deadly obsession that is the worst thing about her; it is her complete disregard for other people and her seeing them as obstacles in her path.

The revelation that Doma from ‘Demon Slayer’ has been clinically apathetic his whole life led to the conclusion that he is the most twisted demon of the 12 Kizuki. Doma is emotionally insensitive. Instead of expressing feelings like grief and fury when his father killed his mother during his human existence, he grumbled about the mess the blood made on the floor. Doma eats his followers and thinks he is rescuing them by keeping them inside of himself.

The light was a normal high schooler till he found the ‘Death Note’. After figuring out the notebook’s true power, he got into a killing frenzy and started murdering criminals left and right. He developed a god complex and got drunk on power. At first, he used to kill criminals, but later on, he started murdering all those who stood in his plans. What makes Light scary is his high IQ and amazing intelligence. It’s due to his intelligence that he was able to get away with so many murders.
2) Shou Tucker
Shou Tucker, from ‘Fullmetal Alchemist’ is a narcissist who has little concern for other people’s life. He fooled everyone by maintaining a nice and polite exterior while harboring malicious intentions. Shou has spent the majority of his life being unduly preoccupied with his experiments, leaving him no time to spend with his own family. Shou developed into a power-crazed madman who was completely selfish, desperate, and morally amoral. Even his wife and children were the subjects of his experiments, which converted them into Chimeras. This is why he is one of the most twisted and dark anime characters.
1) John Liebert
The most psychopathic person is Johan Liebert from ‘Monster’. He was able to manipulate many people because of his carefully created demeanor, who thought he was perfect and out of this world. He has a nihilistic outlook on life and believes that most people’s lives are like specks in the distance that vanish in an instant. Instead of instantly killing his victims, he makes them live out their greatest nightmares. He killed his parents, leaving his twin sister alive, to change the past.
