‘One Piece’ has some of the best characters in all of the anime world. The characters are all unique and fans love their specialties. The fan-loved characters range from the heroes to the villains. One character that the fans adore is Vinsmoke Sanji of the straw hats pirate crew. Sanji is one of the strongest characters in the show.
He was experimented on which caused mutations in his body. This caused him to develop some abilities. One of these abilities is the Ifrit Jambe. Fans wish to know more about this ability that Sanji possesses.
Who Is Vinsmoke Sanji?
Vinsmoke Sanji or better known as Sanji is the cook for the straw hats pirate crew. Many fans know him because of his very popular eyebrows. He was a member of the Vinsmoke family before he disowned them and ran away from them when he was a teenager. The Vinsmoke family experimented on him ever since he was born. These experiments caused mutations to develop which in return made Sanji stronger than a normal human being.
After running away from his family, Sanji became the sous chef for Baratie. His wish is to reach paradise for all the chefs known as the All Blue. He stayed with Baratie up until he met Luffy who convinced him to join the straw hats pirate crew. After he joined the crew, he became even stronger and unlocked many abilities. One of his abilities is the Ifrit Jambe.
What Is Ifrit Jambe?
Sanji uses flames as his attack. He has used many new attacks by utilizing flames and the Ifrit Jambe is another attack he introduced. He introduced this particular attack in the Wano country arc. The flames in Ifrit Jambe are blue instead of the usual yellow and orange. This is because these flames are much hotter, as a matter of fact, blue flames are the hottest flames.
Sanji can handle this much heat due to the mutations. Earlier, his heat resistance was not this strong and he would have burned his body had he used blue flames. But he got much stronger and his heart resistance increased as well. In addition to the blue flames, this particular attack uses lightning as well. Essentially, Sanji can not only use blue flames but can produce lightning as well in the Ifrit Jambe.
With his newfound ability, Sanji was able to defeat Queen. Queen was a very powerful pirate. After Sanji hit him with the Ifrit Jambe, his entire body got charred from the inside out and he was defeated. The power of this attack is bound to increase in the future.
