Tiffany Haddish Was Released Later The Same Day
Haddish’s arrest was processed and the actress was released later in the day.
The incident happened after her performance at the Laugh Factory in West Hollywood, where she was performing as a part of the comedy club’s annual Thanksgiving Feast and Show.
This is the second time that Haddish has been arrested under DUI charges. She faced legal action once previously in January 2022, when she was arrested for the same thing in Peachtree City, Georgia.

The comedian even went on to bring up the arrest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “I’ve been praying to God to send me a new man. A good man. And God went ahead and sent me four — in uniform,” she had said, mocking her own arrest.
However, she also acknowledged the gravity of the matter. “Now I got a really great lawyer, and we’re going to work it out. I’ve got to get my asking of things to God a little better!” she said on the show.
None of her legal representatives have commented on the matter yet. Last time, the legal issue was sealed after she posted a bond, that led to her release from jail.
