Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, who were once the power couple of Hollywood have been fighting in court for a long time now. First was their messy divorce, which was followed by multiple lawsuits filed by each party. Most recently, the couple are fighting over a winery.
Pitt sued Jolie after she sold away her half of Château Miraval for $67 million in October 2021. Both parties have since been fighting back and forth in lawsuit after lawsuit. Brad Pitt is pointing out that Jolie selling her shares was against a verbal agreement they had. Now, it seems Jolie has had enough of the courtroom drama as she has asked Pitt to stop the fighting.
Angelina Jolie Wants To Stop Fighting With Brad Pitt
Once a power couple, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt share six children together. However, they have been at each other’s necks and fighting over several lawsuits filed over the years. The lawsuit over their winery has finally made Jolie tired. Reportedly, she has asked her former husband to end all the fighting.
As reported by People, Jolie’s lawyer Paul Murphy has released statements on Jolie’s behalf. “While Angelina again asks Mr. Pitt to end the fighting and finally put their family on a clear path toward healing, unless Mr. Pitt withdraws his lawsuit, Angelina has no choice but to obtain the evidence necessary to prove his allegations wrong,” Murphy says.

What Are The Allegations Against Angelina Jolie?
Brad Pitt has mainly argued that Jolie’s sale was against a verbal agreement they had. However, Angelina Jolie’s side has said she refused to let him buy her out of the business. She didn’t want to sign his NDA as part of the deal.
The latest development in the lawsuit has Jolie formally requesting Pitt to disclose third-party communications he had in the aftermath of their divorce. Jolie’s lawyer Paul Murphy claimed that Pitt, “tried to punish and control Angelina by demanding a newly expanded NDA to cover his personal misconduct and abuse.” “Those actions are central to these proceedings,” added Murphy, saying, “We are not at all surprised Mr. Pitt is afraid to turn over the documents demonstrating these facts.”
