Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck‘s infamous divorce has been making the headlines for quite a while now. So, here’s some distraction for you from the usual drama — another drama between Ben Affleck and yet another Jennifer: Jennifer Aniston.
Aniston and Affleck have shared the screen for 2009’s ‘He’s Just Not That Into You‘ and sources claim that they have maintained a flirty friendship both on and off screen since then. Here’s the full tea.
Ben Affleck Is On Jennifer Aniston’s Mind
It seems the ‘Jennifer’ Gods are after Ben Affleck. With unresolved disputes with Jennifer Lopez to Jennifer Garner, Jennifer Aniston has also been added to the list. A source has revealed to In Touch Weekly, that Ben and Jennifer Aniston always had chemistry on and off screen. After starring in the same movie, they both have maintained a flirty friendship.
“They did work together on He’s Just Not That Into You 15 years ago, but they were trying to figure out a project together for years before then, and they still keep each other in mind for stuff,” the insider claimed.
The source continued, “There’s a very friendly and flirty open line of communication between them, plus a boatload of mutual friends — everybody from Jon Hamm to Sandra Bullock, who can totally see Ben and Jen becoming a couple down the road.”

Jennifer Aniston Always Had A Crush On Ben Affleck
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are still stuck in a messy divorce, which is yet to be settled. However, rumors over details of their crashing relationship are rampant. Sources are cooking up newer stories around them, with some reports also claiming that Jennifer Aniston is keeping an eye on all the progress.
“Jen has definitely had a mini crush on Ben for years, but he’s always been in these very serious, long-term relationships during that time. But change is in the air,” the source revealed.
The ‘Friends‘ star was previously asked about relationships with famous people and if they work out, during a recent interview with People. “Of course. Absolutely. I mean, it’s happened. That’s what I’m sort of hoping for is not necessarily somebody in the industry itself. That’d be nice,” Aniston said at the time.
The idea of Jen and Ben being a couple in the upcoming years seems quite utopian. They both have suffered a lot in their past relationships and wouldn’t need a new controversy surrounding them anytime soon.
