Beyonce Creates Record At The Grammys
Beyonce is someone who has achieved a tremendous level of success in her life. At the 2023 Grammy Awards, the ‘Halo‘ singer achieved another feat by breaking a world record.
She broke the record for the most Grammy wins of all time by an artist with 32. This feat was achieved after she won four awards at the ceremony. The award that pushed her name to the top was for best dance/electronic album for her 2022 album Renaissance.
The song Cuff It was bestowed with the best R&B song award and it clocked her number to 31. “I’m trying not to be too emotional and I’m trying to just receive this night,” she said while accepting the award.
“I want to thank God for protecting me. … I’d like to thank my uncle Johnny, who’s not here, but he’s here in spirit.” She then thanked the “queer community for your love and for inventing this genre.”

She Arrived Late At The Grammys
Queen Bey missed her first win at the prestigious award ceremony because she was stuck in a traffic jam outside the arena of the Grammys. One of her songs, ‘Break My Soul’ won the award for Best R&B Song but she wasn’t available to receive the award.
Terius Nash and Nile Rodgers then had to go to the stage to accept the award on her behalf. Trevor Noah, the show’s host, explained to the audience the real reason for her absence.
“So for real, Beyonce is on her way. The upside of hosting the Grammys in LA is that everyone can be here, the downside of hosting the Grammys in LA is the traffic,” Noah said.
