Lady Gaga Could’ve Been Part Of Brad Pitt’s ‘Bullet Train’ If Not For A Small Mishap

Lady Gaga is a multi-hyphenated personality straddling between producing, singing, acting, and running a successful beauty brand. The rise of one of the pop genres’ biggest names is an inspiration. We stan the “one” person who believed her in every meeting room! In October 2022, Gaga concluded her ‘Chromatica Ball’ abruptly, but Little Monsters poured immense love and registered a roaring response. It earned $112 million. After a successful album, Gaga is back at one of her first loves—acting!

The ‘Artpop’ artist has time and again proved that she is one of the finest artists in the industry. The theatrics that she displays in all her albums has proven an aid to add madness to the method. There is a method! She played an aspiring artist Ally who tries to save her alcoholic partner. Stefani also played a cunning Patrizia Reggiani in the ‘House of Gucci’. Now, she is ready to bring that madness and theatrics with Todd Phillips’ ‘Joker: Folie à Deux’. She worked with great male actors but passed up an opportunity to work with Brad Pitt.

‘Bullet Train’ became one of the biggest summer hits aiding in the revival of the box office. It is an all-action drama set on a bullet train in Japan. It grossed $239, 268, 602 worldwide.

However, the cast could have gotten bigger and better with the addition of Mother Monster! David Leitch, while bringing together the ensemble, wanted to get Lady Gaga on board.

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, the ‘Deadpool 2’ director said, “It really all came down to her [Lady Gaga’s] schedule with the Ridley [Scott] film. There were short discussions and then, this isn’t going to work because she was preparing for the Ridley movie [House of] Gucci. They shot right before us and overlapped with us and it really didn’t work”.
