Among the many cases of sexual assault that the music mogul is facing is from his ex-girlfriend. Cassie has accused him of rape, sex trafficking, and physical abuse in a lawsuit. After she filed the case, many other women came forward with similar allegations.

The last lawsuit filed against him marks the fifth one filed within three weeks. The most recent lawsuit has been filed by a woman named Jane Doe, who accused Combs of “gang rape and sex trafficking” when she was only 17 years old.

She has named two more men for the crime including  Diddy’s business partner, Harve Pierre, and a “third assailant“.

Jane Doe’s lawsuit claims that she was first approached by Pierre who told her he is Diddy’s “best friend“. She said he met her at a Michigan lounge, following an invite from Diddy himself, who asked her to come to his New York studio.

As per the lawsuit, the 17-year-old Jane was plied with drugs and alcohol there before she was sexually assaulted by the defendants. The lawsuit mentions gruesome details of the crime, wherein she was gang-raped by three men, after getting heavily drugged.

The lawsuit also claims she was choked during the rape and left in an intoxicated state in the hotel bathroom after the crime.

As the allegations continue to mount, Diddy had remained largely silent. However, he recently took to social media and posted “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH” in an Instagram post.

For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday,” he added in the post.

Diddy is facing both personal and financial losses because of the allegations. As many as 18 businesses have cut ties with him since the onset of the scandal.
