Gwyneth Paltrow Talks About Her Return To Acting
Paltrow took a break from acting after appearing in ‘Avengers: Endgame‘, barring her appearance in the television show ‘The Politician.’ She has since been focusing on her company.
In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, the actress talked about missing acting. โDo I have any plans to go back into acting? No, not really. I donโt miss it, which I think is an interesting data point“, she said.
She continued, “When I think about the back half of my life, I donโt long for it. I donโt miss it. I have no idea whatโs going on in the movie business. Iโm so focused on other things.”
Paltrow talked about the promise she made to her mother. “I did promise my mom that if I ever am not doing this job, Iโll do a play. I would never say never,” she stated.

Paltrow Talks About Turning 50
The Oscar winner recently turned 50 and celebrated the occasion by posing nude in gold paint. She talked about reaching that age in the same interview and said it’s different from 40 when she was in “a bit of a midlife crisis.”
โTurning 50, I felt this amazing liberation start to come. I really know myself. Iโve made so many mistakes in my life and Iโve achieved a lot of things. I wrote about this in my essay on Goop“, she said.
She added, “How will I course-correct going forward, if I feel like I handled something badly? Iโm really aware of my faults, I think in a good way. Theyโve come into focus.”
She also added that she doesn’t give a damn at this age. “Also itโs like, I just donโt give a fuck! I used to care so much what people thought.”
