Israeli Government Attacks Gigi Hadid For Turning Blind Eye To Children Getting Butchered
Gigi Hadid has become the new target of the Israeli government after she posted a statement saying that support for Palestine does not prove anti-Semitism. She wrote, “Condemning the Israeli government is not antisemitic and supporting Palestinians is not supporting the Hamas.”
Israel’s attack on Palestinians has resulted in 2,670 Palestinians being killed. Hamas’ military operation killed 1,400 people. The agitated Israeli government posted an official statement against Gigi Hadid. In the statement, they condemned her for turning a blind eye to the butchering of children by Hamas in Israel.
The State of Israel wrote, “Have you been sleeping the past week? Or are you just fine turning a blind eye to Jewish babies being butchered in their homes? Your silence has been very clear about where you stand. We see you.”

The Supermodel Expressed A Neutral Stance Over The War
On October 11, 2023, Gigi Hadid expressed her solidarity with both the affected Israelis and Palestinians due to the ongoing war. In her statement, unlike in the past, she made sure that she expressed her support for her Jewish friends as well while supporting the ‘Free Palestine’ cause.
In the statement, Gigi clarified that supporting the Palestinian cause does not equate to anti-Semitism. She wrote, “The idea that it does has fueled a painful, decades long cycle of back & forth retaliation (which no innocent civilian, Palestinian or Israeli, deserves to be a casualty of) and helps perpetuate the false idea that being Pro-Palestine = antisemitic.”
Gigi Hadid concluded, “There are a lot of complex, personal and valid feelings, but every human deserves basic rights, treatment and security; no matter their nationality, religion, ethnicity or where they were born. I know my words will never be enough or heal the deep wounds of so many, but I pray for the safety of innocent lives, always.”
