Using celebrities to increase your sales is an age-old technique. And 50 Cent has become a victim of such a promotion. Though the picture does not directly say anything related to penis enlargement, the rapper feels that the photo holds such an implication. Thus the artist has filed a lawsuit against a Florida-based doctor.
The doctor wants the suit dropped. The photograph involved in the lawsuit shows the rapper along with the doctor who is in her clinical uniform. 50 Cent And The Penis Enlargement Lawsuit
The In da Club fame, 50 Cent filed a lawsuit last month against a Florida-based doctor Angela Kogan after she used a picture with the rapper for promotion. The picture was used to imply that he had visited Kogan at her plastic surgery center and med spa in Miami to get a penis enlargement treatment. The artist had clicked the picture with the woman under the impression that she was one of his fans. The rapper sued the surgeon for misappropriating the picture without his consent. The 2020 image also appeared in a collage with the picture of another man who had undergone a penis enlargement procedure. Thus false advertising is another accusation against Kogan.

Kogan Wants The Lawsuit Dropped
The doctor wants the suit dismissed. She has asked the U.S. District Court for the Southern District for the same. “It is clear from the photo itself that the taking thereof was not a random happenstance or unsolicited occasion. The content of the photo shows [50 Cent] in [Kogan’s’] office, next to [the doctor] in her role as a businesswoman/aesthetician (i.e. in professional attire),” the doctor’s attorneys explained. “The photo is not representative of [50 Cent] running into a random fan in the middle of the street; rather, it specifically highlights [50 Cent] in a specific situation, for a specific purpose, in exchange for a specific transaction,” they added.
