Michael Shannon Talks About Ezra Miller
Michael Shannon has portrayed the role of DC villain General Zod in ‘Man of Steel’ and ‘Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice’. He will be reprising his role in the upcoming film ‘The Flash’, which stars Ezra Miller in the lead.
In a recent interview with Vanity Fair, the 48-year-old had empathetic things to say about Miller. “If you’re talking about Ezra [Miller], I thought Ezra was lovely, very kind to me when I was there“, he said.
He added, “It’s difficult to talk about, but I always give people a lot of slack in this business, because there’s a lot of people in this business that have issues. And some people have more privacy than others.”
Shannon further said that when someone is “out in the spotlight getting picked on, I feel for them. Even if it’s warranted, it’s still a horrible situation.”

Ezra Miller’s Run-In With Law
Over the past few years, Miller has been involved in a series of cases. In 2020, a video of them surfaced online where the actor can be seen strangling a woman and throwing her to the ground.
In March last year, they were arrested in Hawaii and were charged with harassment and disorderly conduct. They have also been accused of possessing guns and marijuana at their Vermont home.
In August, the actor issued a statement, saying that they are seeking treatment for “complex mental health issues.” Earlier reports stated that they suffered from a “messiah Complex”.
