J.K. Rowling Calls Out Scottish Transgender Politician Over Accusations Of Her Essay In An Unreleased Book Being “Transphobic Bile”

Harry Potter‘ writer J.K. Rowling is loud and clear about her views on the trans and homosexual community. She’s often seen posting against them and often pulls herself into unwelcome debates with people who support the community.

X is the place where most of her discussions take place with different people and she is vocal about her critics. This time she replies to a person who claims that her unreleased book is transphobic and people are sharing their different views on the same.

This is not the first time J.K. Rowling has talked about her transphobic views publicly. Her past comments are labeled as in-sensitive with hate towards the community concerned. Previously, She also commented that “militant trans activism” only wants women’s rights. Now she is seen talking back at an X (Twitter) user with concern for her unreleased book.

A user called @SophieMolly shared a post claiming that Rowling‘s book is transphobic and the safety of trans people is at risk. To which Rowling replied: “I’m seriously impressed that you’ve been able to read and review an unpublished book of which there are currently only two copies in existence, neither of which have been lent to you.”

The beef between the two didn’t stop there. The user yet again replied to Rowling: “@WWWheesht have hissed at me and my partners and one member shouted ‘you’re a man with a dick!’ at me in front of children in Duthie Park, Aberdeen last year. I can say with absolute certainty that the book is transphobic bile.”

Well, if we see technically, where is the proof? It’s just mere cooking in the air and claiming things without evidence. Rowling replied to the person once and for all, calling out them for making assumptions about uncertain things. She wrote: “A political candidate claiming to have ‘absolute certainty’ about something it’s impossible for them to know will surely inspire complete confidence in your integrity.”

People took to X (Twitter) to share their opinions on the debate between Rowling and Sophie. Here are a few reactions to the post:

People are giving mixed opinions on the cause. Some are supporting Rowling as Sophie seems to have weak points while some are supporting Sophie based on Rowling’s past comments and opinions.

Sophie is replying to the comments of people and calling them ‘transphobic’ without any right facts. The major fact is that the book hasn’t been released yet, which J.K. Rowling herself cleared and only two copies of it have existed till now, so on what basis Sophie is making these claims?

Well, we’ll only the whole truth when the book is released.
