According to SheFinds, the model trainer revealed that her breakfast mostly consists of avocado over eggs or a bowl of oatmeal. Kendall generally eats brown rice with grilled chicken and veggies for lunch.
She also loves to munch on high-calorie items like fried chicken or pizza once in a while. For snacks, Kendall eats Hummus, veggies, chips, and guacamole to keep her blood sugar level up.
Occasionally, the young model enjoys treats like Twix bars and Justin’s peanut butter cups. Frozen yogurt is also her favorite as she eats them twice a week. She also goes out for dinner at least once or twice weekly for Pasta, sushi, and Margherita pizza.
Kendall drinks a lot of water every day and up to 12 cups (2.8 liters) of detox tea sometimes. Cheese is something she avoids to keep her skin clear.
Kendall Jenner’s Workout Routine
One of the youngest members of the Jenner family, she exercises regularly to remain in good shape. She is an early bird and wakes up before seven in the morning.
Kendall prefers working out in the morning around 7 a.m. She exercises for almost an hour or less sometimes. She has a personal trainer and focuses on ab workouts to stay in shape.
The supermodel also lifts weights or does bodyweight exercises like squats or planks to build her muscle. She also does resistance training over aerobic exercises like running but does cardio once in a while.
Apart from these, Kendall also participates in other forms of workouts like kickboxing or hot yoga. All these help her maintain good physical and mental health.
