Kim Kardashian, the fashionista who manages to be a loving mother to her four children despite her busy schedule, is spilling some beans on the problems she faces while doing so singlehandedly. Her infamous ex-husband Kanye West hasn’t made things easier for her either.
The two continue to co-parent their four children, though Kanye has been reported to be an “absent father” quite a few times. Besides, the arguments between the divorced couple continue over differences in opinions over the well-being and parenting of their children. Here’s what Kardashian has now said in a teary note.
Kim Kardashian Gets Emotional About Raising Children Alone
Kim Kardashian recently posted a very emotional quote in her Instagram Stories about how bittersweet motherhood can be. The SKIMS mogul, who has four children with ex-husband Kanye West, wrote, “The sad part about motherhood is that you’re raising the one person you can’t live without, to be able to live without you,” adding a crying face emoji.
The heartwarming moment comes just weeks after reports emerged detailing that Kanye West has largely been absent from their lives. Insiders close to Kardashian note that the rapper “sadly isn’t around very much” to help with raising their four kids including North (11), Saint (8), Chicago (6), and Psalm (5).
Although Kardashian has nannies and staff to support her, sources said that she is “pretty much a single mom.” She is overwhelmed in trying to balance everything. “Her life revolves around her kids,” the insider told Page Six, further adding that while help is available, “at the end of the day, her kids only want her.”
Kim Kardashian Has Raised Concerns About The Absence Of Her Children’s Father From Their Lives
In the past, Kim Kardashian has been very open to the world about her life as a single mother. Speaking on Jay Shetty’s On Purpose podcast, she revealed that some nights result in tears, as she bears the weight of all pressures on her shoulder. “The struggles that my kids go through really have nothing to do with the amount of help I have,” she said, referring to the emotional pain one goes through when parenting.

Kardashian and West mutually finalized their divorce in November 2022, having filed for divorce in May 2014. However, sources claim that West has been involved only minimally in the lives of their children even after agreeing to shared custodianship.
According to the divorce terms, the ‘Donda‘ rapper agreed to shell out $200,000 every month as child support and half of the children’s educational and security costs.
