The Kardashian-Jenner Clan Has A Problem With Timothée Chalamet’s Visible Lack Of Efforts
As Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet’s love story is seemingly on a pause at least in the public eye, the ‘Dune‘ star’s reluctance to bond with Kylie’s family is a significant concern. Sources close to the Kardashian-Jenner clan have revealed that Kylie’s sisters are not so sure about Chalamet as her long time partner, especially because of the lack of efforts from his side.
“Timothée is obviously enjoying himself with Kylie, but when it comes to getting to know her family, he’s put in almost no effort and doesn’t seem to want to,” a source from Life & Style revealed. While he has attended a few family gatherings, like Easter, these appearances took considerable effort from her.
Even when he shows up, Timothée spends most of his time with Kylie, ignoring her sisters. This behavior has not gone unnoticed. “Her sisters are telling her it’s a huge red flag, that if he was serious about anything long-term, he’d be making more effort with them,” the insider said.
The source further asserted that the sisters feel insulted, believing Timothée sees them as beneath him, and they worry he’s using Kylie for a good time.

Kylie Jenner Is Keeping Her Romantic Drama At Bay This Time
Kylie Jenner, who previously had a very public relationship with Travis Scott, is now keeping her romance with Timothée more under wraps. She has also reportedly told her family to “stay out of her business.”
As per the sources, Kylie insists that the best way to protect her relationship is to keep him away from the Kardashian drama. “She thinks the best chance she has of making this work long-term with Timothée is for him to have very limited time or association with her family,” the source added.
Despite the family’s concerns, Kylie is determined to give Timothée a fair chance. The couple was recently spotted at the 2024 Golden Globes, sharing a rare PDA moment.
Before Timothée, Kylie ended things with Travis Scott in January 2023. They share daughter Stormi, born in February 2018, and son Aire, born in February 2022.
