New information is being unraveled as the drug investigation over Matthew Perry‘s demise is brought to court. On 15 August five arrests were made on the charges of illegally distributing ketamine, an anesthetic drug. The accused include Jasveen Sangha, Dr. Salvador Plasencia, Dr. Mark Chavez, Eric Fleming, and Kenneth Iwamasa, Perry’s live-in assistant. The latter has revealed shocking news about Perry’s last days before passing away.
US Attorney Martin Estrada stated that Jasveen, the “Ketamine Queen”, and Dr. Plasencia took advantage of Perry’s substance abuse. A statement released said that Plasencia administered ketamine to Perry several times and on one occasion caused the ‘Friends‘ actor to “freeze up”. Meanwhile, Perry’s assistant confessed that he administered the actor ketamine and found his body in the hot tub later.

Matthew Perry Was Given Ketamine Vials Even After He Froze From The Drug
Dr. Plasencia visited Perry’s house weeks before his death to administer a ketamine shot. The indictment alleges that Plasencia did so several times. One day the dosage of the drug caused Perry to “freeze up and his blood pressure to significantly spike.” The documents reveal that Plasencia told Perry’s assistant, “Let’s not do that again.” However, the accused left extra vials of ketamine at Perry’s house. Meanwhile, authorities have swept over Sangha’s house.
Police revealed that The Ketamine Queen’s house did not have a stash but was a “drug emporium”. They believe that Sangha was dealing with people other than Perry. In his 2022 book ‘Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing’, Perry opened up about his addiction problems. “And I often thought that I was dying during that hour. ‘Oh,’ I thought, ‘this is what happens when you die.” However, Perry chose to keep using it because, “it was something different, and anything different is good.”

Perry Said “Shoot Me Up With A Big One” To His Assistant Before Fatal Ketamine Shot
Jasveen Sangha and Dr. Salvador Plasencia have pleaded not guilty in court. Meanwhile, Fleming, Dr. Chavez, and Perry’s assistant have submitted guilty pleas to one count of conspiracy to distribute ketamine and one count of distribution of ketamine resulting in death. Iwamasa’s plea revealed a piece of dreadful information.
Hours before his demise, Perry asked his assistant, “Shoot me up with a big one [ketamine shot].” The plea agreement stated that it was the third injection Perry received that day. Hours later Iwamasa found the actor face down in his hot tub. The indictment noted that Perry bought ketamine from Chavez and Plasencia, and separately from Fleming and Sangha.
