Things are becoming tough and troublesome for the celebrity couple Meghan Markle and Prince Harry. From the Netflix documentary ‘Harry& Meghan’ to Harry’s book ‘Spare’, the couple has been gathering hate not only from family members but also from their close-knit friends.
Prince Harry married the actress Markle back in May 2018. Then on it hasn’t been an easy journey for the couple. The two gave up their royal roles in 2020 and moved to California later on. The couple signed deals with Netflix, Spotify and even started a non-profit by the name Archewell. But things have got more complicated for Harry in recent times with his family and friends.
Prince Harry Absent From Close Friend’s Wedding
Prince Harry and William, from a very young age, have a very close group of friends. It was Harry’s absence from his close friend Jack Mann’s wedding that raised eyebrows. And the ‘Spare’ author, in his memoir had also attacked some of his friends. He penned that he was being ‘chastised’ by some of his close friends after his interview.
The recent revelations by the young royal have led to a more strained relationship with his close friends. Many have observed Harry to be in a much ‘sad situation‘, driven away from his associates. “From what I hear there are a lot of people who are genuinely disgusted by what he’s done since leaving the royal family. They feel very hurt by some of the revelations that he’s made,” shares The Daily Mail’s royal editor Rebecca English.

The Sussex couple, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are silent as they’re facing various criticisms from different sources. Strange is the fact that the duo is not able to garner much support from their friends or the public these days. There are no prominent figures or friends who come out to support the spouses.
Spotify has cut ties with the ‘Suits’ actress after the first season of her podcast as there was a lack of consistent content. Netflix has also cut deals with the couple after the docu-series. Though there are rumors about the couple’s content company facing monetary troubles, the claims have been denied.
