Chris Rock Kicked off his “Ego Death” tour in London last night. When the comedian took the stage fans were expecting whether he is going to bring up Will Smith and the Oscar slap incident. Instead, he completely turned to a different yet very controversial topic. He made Amber Heard and Johnny Depp’s ongoing defamation trial the topic of the evening.
Chris Rock Slams Amber’s Ego
In the set, Chris Rock roasted Amber Heard on the recent allegations that she defecated on Johnny Depp’s Bed.
“Believe all women, believe all women… except Amber Heard… What the fu*k is she on? She shat in his bed! She’s fine but she’s not shiting fine,” joked Chris Rock. “Once you shit in someone’s bed you just guilty of everything. What the f*ck is going on there? Wow. And they had a relationship after that. It must be amazing p*ssy… I’ve been with some crazy bitches but goddammit.”
The crowd burst into laughter as soon as Rock crack the joke.
The Comedian Claimed, “No One Hears The Real Victims”
The comedian started his set by saying that he is okay. He stated, “I’m okay in case anyone was wondering. I got most of my hearing back and I’m trying to make a decent show. [People say] You’ve got to be careful because words hurt, words hurt… you know, anybody who’s ever said words hurt has never been punched in the face.”
Rock quipped that ‘everyone’s a victim these days, adding: “There are real victims in the world, they deserve to be heard, they deserve our love and compassion. But if everybody claims to be a victim, then no one hears the real victims.”
Last night, Chris also brought up the attack on Dave Chapelle when he said, “We say the world is addicted to opioids, no… the world is not addicted to opioids. The number one addiction in the world is attention. One of the easiest ways to get attention is to be infamous, to try to stab Dave Chapelle on stage… Or you can be a victim… it’s the easiest way to get attention.”
