The ‘Game of Thrones’ star had confirmed her pregnancy in May. She told Elle, “It’s what life is about for me – raising the next generation. The greatest thing in life is seeing my daughter go from strength to strength. We’re so excited to be expanding the family. It’s the best blessing ever.” Now, she and Jonas have welcomed their second daughter.

The Jonas family is quite close and their family is ever-expanding. Joe’s brother Nick Jonas and his wife Priyanka Chopra Jonas welcomed a baby girl, Malti Marie, via surrogate in January this year. The singer’s older brother Kevin Jonas also shares two kids – Valentina Angelina Jonas and Alena Rose Jonas – with his wife Danielle, whom he married in December 2009.

Sophie And Joe’s Relationship Timeline

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas met in 2016. The latter had already slid into the former’s DMs after their mutual friends failed at getting them together. “We had a lot of mutual friends, and they’d been trying to introduce us for a long time,” Turner said about their introduction, adding, “We were following each other on Instagram and he direct-messaged me one fine day, out of the blue.”

Their first date was when Jonas was touring in the U.K. They decided to meet up in a bar where according to Sophie, “He didn’t bring security. He brought a friend, and they drank just as hard as the rest of us. I remember the two of us spending only a couple of minutes on the dance floor, and then we just found a space far in the corner and we just talked. We talked for hours, and hours, and hours. And I was, like, not bored. It wasn’t contrived. It wasn’t small talk — it was just so easy. And soon we were, like, inseparable. I went on tour with him.”

Love blossomed between the two and they were seen frequenting restaurants, parties, and red carpets together. After a year of dating, Jonas popped the question. He announced their engagement on Instagram with a photo of Turner’s hand with her engagement ring on display with his own underneath hers. Jonas captioned the image, “She said yes.”

They got married in a “last-minute wedding” at the famed A Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas in May 2019. Their extravagant wedding then took place at Le Château de Tourreau in Sarrians, France, about a month later.

I feel as though the only thing that’s changed for me is having this incredible sense of security. Just the word ‘husband’ and the word ‘wife’: they solidify the relationship. I love being married. I think it’s wonderful. I’m sure we’ll have our hiccups, but right now the security and the safety are everything,” Sophie said about married life.

Now, Sophie and Jonas are a happy family of four, with the new addition of their baby girl.
