The main purpose was to cater to those seeking a satisfying and enjoyable drinking experience without the alcohol. Holland’s journey to sobriety began two years ago. He realized that his drinking habits were becoming problematic and decided to make a change.

The decision to embrace sobriety was a challenging one. However, it ultimately led to a significant improvement in his life. “My first year sober was really difficult,” Holland admitted while talking to Forbes. “Had I had BERO, I think it would have been easier,” he added.

Moreover, by the time he reached six months of sobriety, Holland started to feel the positive effects. “It was very difficult, it has been the hardest thing I’ve ever done, and arguably the greatest achievement of my life,” he said. “I’m very proud to be sober today.”

Tom Holland’s non-alcoholic beer company, BERO, has a unique approach to brewing. Each of their beers is not just a beverage but a story, with names that reflect personal significance and connections to the founders. One such beer is “Noon Wheat,” named after Holland and his girlfriend Zendaya‘s beloved dog.

This nod to their personal lives adds a touch of charm and personality to the product. Another example is “Edge Hill,” a Hazy IPA named after the street where Holland attended elementary school. Holland’s personal connection to the non-alcoholic beverage market is evident in his enthusiasm for BERO.

Moreover, he believes that there is a need for more high-quality options for people who choose to abstain from alcohol. “There’s no secret that as a celebrity, you’re constantly being offered these kinds of brand deals,” Holland explained. “But I never found anything I felt particularly passionate about—until now,” he added.
