As Trevor was starting his monologue the spotlight shifted to the glittering presence of Taylor Swift, who was talking to her seat. Noticing the shimmered shift in the air, Noah, in his signature style, addressed the recent frenzy surrounding Swift’s presence at the NFL games.

In a hilarious monologue, Noah dived straight into Taylor Swift on NFL debate coming to defend the popstar. He playfully remarked, “As Taylor Swift moves through the room, the local economy around those tables improves.” The clever banter continued as he addressed the criticism Swift faced for supposedly influencing camera angles during NFL games.
“I think it is so unfair how NFL fans have been complaining about the cameras cutting to Taylor Swift, like she’s controlling the cameras at the games. Just let her live!” The Grammy host exclaimed, defending Swift’s right to enjoy the games without unnecessary scrutiny.
Turning the tables on the backlash, Noah cheekily declared his revenge plan. “Every time they mention Taylor Swift, I’m going to get revenge. Every time someone says ‘Taylor Swift,’ I’m going to cut the cameras to someone who played football.” The comedian teased before swiftly cutting to Terry Crews. “You like that, Terry Crews? You better fix your face Terry! We’re watching you all night. No relaxing for you,” Trevor joked.

Trevor Noah: A Grammy Maestro And Comedy Contender
Beyond his hosting prowess, Trevor Noah also wears the hat of a nominee this year. Nominated for the Best Comedy Album award for his special ‘I Wish You Would,’ Noah faces tough competition with the likes of Wanda Sykes, Chris Rock, Sarah Silverman, and Dave Chappelle.
It’s not the first time for Noah to be in this sweet position. His initial nomination in 2020 for ‘Son of Patricia’ didn’t clinch the victory, as Dave Chappelle took home the prize with his special ‘Sticks and Stones.’
Now, with another shot at the coveted award, Noah has more things to fret about than just hosting the evening.
