Elon Musk Changes His Twitter Handle To ‘Naughtius Maximus’
The SpaceX founder is known for his controversial and often weird tweets. He has once again done something unexpected on the micro-blogging site.
On Tuesday, the 51-year-old billionaire changed his username to ‘Naughtius Maximus’ on Twitter. He also changed his profile picture and user description on the platform.
It now reads: “Centurion in Jerusalem Garrison“. He has also changed his display image to a photograph from his childhood.
According to Urban Dictionary, the word ‘Naughtius Maximus’ is used to describe a person who displays violent or anti-social behavior, especially a child. In layman’s terms, the word is used to denote a person who is anti-social or mischievous.

Why Did Musk Change His Twitter Username?
Musk revamped his Twitter profile right after Twitter shareholders voted to approve his $44 billion buyout deal. The vote came as his legal team is in court, fighting to bail him out of the deal.
Twitter has sued Musk for breaching their deal agreement to buy the company. On Wednesday, a US judge allowed him to amend his complaint against the tech company.
However, his request to delay the lawsuit till December was rejected over the disintegration of the deal. Musk’s attorneys had requested to amend his counterclaims after Twitter whistleblower Peiter Zatko filed a complaint about Twitter’s security practices.
Musk had earlier backed out of the deal to buy Twitter over a lack of transparency in the company regarding bot accounts and fake information.
